About

I’m just your average girl in her twenties from California, who just happens to be obsessed with Cristina and Owen of Grey’s Anatomy.  Thanks for reading!

  1. Hey I just wanted to say that I really enjoy your blog. I am glad to see someone who actually reviews nicely and about everything, not just ‘oh that sucked’. You’ve inspired me to review the eps myself, for personal effect, to see what I notice about each character instead of just focusing on what I liked about an episode.

I can’t wait to see what you have to say about season 7!

    • Hi Jessi!

I’m very happy to hear that! And I’m very flattered. (Of course, we can also chalk this up to me being an inherent rambler. Lol.) I can’t wait to hear what you have to say about season seven! 🙂 Thanks for reading! I do hope that we can get some good discussion going. 🙂

  2. Honestly, you feel like my ‘new’ bff. I really enjoy reading your blog, and I am passionate about Owen and Cristina. I love them- both- but, I am such a HUGE fan of the Owen Hunt character and Kevin McKidd’s protrayal of him. I guess, I take his battle with PTSD serious; because- it is serious. Good men and women are suffering with it everyday, as a result, of serving their country.

Grey’s deserves a lot of credit for the way they’ve handled this condition. I hope good things come of it.

Cristina has proven to be a ‘rock’ for Owen. Looks like Season 7 has turned the tables. Owen is Cristina’s ‘rock’ now. I believe that their love will see them, safely, through this season.

I don’t know what I like- more- watching a Grey’s episode or reading your blog about it. I’m really glad to know you. Thank you- for loving these two characters, the way, I do. I’m looking forward to future posts.

    • Aw, I share your feelings of camaraderie, TraumaQueen! And I’m so glad that I have others who share my passion (okay, obsession) for Cristina and Owen’s relationship.

I think Owen Hunt’s PTSD storyline was one of the first times that this show handled such a relevant issue in a powerful way – and you can bet that Kevin McKidd was a huge part of that. It really demonstrated that this show could be more than on-call room booty calls and messy relationships. It definitely drew me in.

I agree that season seven has a role reversal, allowing Owen to be there for his wife as she goes through the struggles that he went through. And their love will definitely see them through.

Thank you for reading and always leaving such insightful comments! It is no secret that the only reason I continue to post is because of you and your fellow reviewers. I write them with all of you in mind, excited to see what your thoughts are and what observations you’ve made that I may have missed.

And for sure, I am looking forward to future comments! Thanks again for your kind words, TraumaQueen. I truly appreciate it.
